the game i have been hooked on to for the past 3 weeks, Deadlock... is now the 2nd most wishlisted game on Steam

Deadlock is a moba shooter game created by Valve that has two teams of 6 players compete against each other. Think Dota/League combined with Overwatch/TFT2.

Valve's upcoming new game is still in early development with no official release date, has just reached over 200k followers 

Of the top 3 most wishlisted games, Deadlock is the only one that is a brand new IP.

The game has been blowing up the past few weeks because Valve lifted the NDA that now allows players to stream, post content and discuss the game in public.

On twitch, it's the 14th most watched game in the last 7 days with over 5m hours watched

Valve developers  made the game much more accessible by allowing players who have access the ability to invite their friends and give them keys

there are 76k players playing in early access, making Deadlock the 9th most played game on steam as of this cast

after 60 hours of Deadlock in the past 3 weeks... i do see Deadlock becoming as big as Valorant, CSGO and Dota 2.

i can see it being a competitive esport game, the only barrier is that might not be spectator-friendly so it might only be a popular game to play and not watch
