The physical postures, or asanas, are the foundation of my practice, but they are just one aspect of yoga. Each movement is performed with mindfulness, allowing me to become fully present in the moment. The deep stretches and controlled breathing help release tension and stress, creating a sense of balance within my body. Over time, I’ve noticed increased flexibility, strength, and endurance, but the true benefits extend far beyond the physical.
