What is the business model for network states?

I think some sort of healthcare especially for a longevity focused network state is a really interesting idea.

Presumably the longevity community wouldn’t be focused on treatment, but rather prevention, so things like getting blood drawn and shipping it off to a lab would be feasible.  I’m not well informed on specifics of regulation though.

I agree—fraternal orders of the turn of the 20th century built the first social safety nets for life & health insurance! Seems like it could be a good analogy for network cities/states today. But healthcare is now a heavily regulated/state centric industry. How do you avoid the quagmire?
