I just obtained badge today but my allowance on Sonata.tips is still zero

There is a reason for that. 
You need to make your first music cast there. Once your song gets uploaded to the site you will get your allowance in 24hrs. 
Please cast a Spotify or Soundcloud song link in any cast channel OR cast a YouTube link to your song in one of the official channels.
You should then have your allowance soon :)

You can keep on casting regardless of power badge or not, but I think you need to cast a song after you receive your PB for it to register.  You don’t need to wait to caste, but perhaps wait for the allowance to reflect? 
If still nothing try reaching out to Sebas. He is quite helpful.

I have casted in sonata several times since 2 months ago and have staked in sonata channel before getting the badge. 

Does the cast you mean count since I just got the badge?

If it is counted after getting the badge, it means I have to wait 24 hours after casting on the Sonata channel.
