@iponikar I'm having a similar issue to above
Says I'm not eligible for Retro HP on the first page, but when I tap on to "Read more" it shows me this screen with a claim button (I'm about 4000+) but the button doesn't respond for the claim.

I just used the mini app link above and was able to claim both the daily and the retro. Thanks. 

It still doesn’t seem to be reflecting in the top coin (still showing 6) but this will eventually update I guess? 

Also do you have any other info about HP and what I can do with it or learn about it?

Hey @kenjiquest I checked with my team. There was a glitch in UI. You have successfully claimed Retro HP rewards. You can check that in the header next to coin icon.
