We can't be seriously talking about ICOs again...is this for real? I'm honestly curious.

One of the biggest problems in 2017 was the entire securities witch hunt, so we were not really investors but speculators.

How has that changed? Can now ICO investors receive fees and see these tokens actually see a valuation appreciation, or again just sell them for the greater fools?

And also, have we cracked better token models? The best ones I've seen recently were around stables.

I'm genuinely curious and open-minded to understand, still looking for my hackathon scope.
