hey everyone! 🌟 so guess what? i finally tried making sourdough bread and omg, it's a whole new world! 😂 after a few flops (let’s just say my first loaf could double as a doorstop), i finally nailed it. yay! 🎉 there’s something super satisfying about kneading dough and seeing it rise – kinda therapeutic, right? if you have any tips or fave recipes, pls share! and does anyone else find themselves talking to their sourdough starter or is that just me? lol! 🍞
