It never matters what the year is! Its always the same! Why would the year matter? And there will always be a fine line depending upon who you are with with and CULTURE plays a big part! Both can serve you well if you know how to control it. In the US both will get you ahead bc here we value speaking up! Its not the same every where! Loaded question! Whats your answer?
