-takes the amount owed and escrows it into a separate account  
-let’s you earn yield on the staked amount until EOY 
-EOY release funds and generate tax reports in one click

The goal here is to make tax reporting and prep automatic while also making it so you don’t have to liquidate assets at the end of the year when you have to pay what’s owed
