In the past one or two years I have seen many of my really smart dev friends who had came into crypto along with me leaving this space and I don't see much noise around new devs being onboarded as it used to be.

And even the whole crypto vibe have shifted it's whole spectrum, is the industry maturing or we spiralling down into a fully fledged casino?
