Got it so they just have just essentially shifted to a more value centric care model rather than a wide scale EHR platform?

And agree but sadly we are so far from  mass adoption of value based payment models that can actually force change. Most of the ACO models don’t even have down side risk

what you’ll need to scale is the model of care not just the model of tech, with time and money everything is possible
