Gäbe es keine Privatpatienten wäre die Bezahlung der Ärzte aber noch schlechter. Das Problem ist die schlechte Bezahlung durch die GKV. Und genau dort wäre anzusetzten (130 Krankenkassen mit Vorständen und "Palästen", Leistungen für Personen die nicht einzahlen etc.).
