I have spent the last year advising teams on token mechanism engineering. Two weeks ago, I made a proposal to a team I’m advising for achieving a super fair distribution of its tokens. It incorporates years of learnings from being part of DAOs.

Today, one the largest off chain launchpad released part of my proposal as a mechanism for a token sale of $200M FDV, which distributes tokens in a more equitable way. I feel like what I have designed is being validated by one of the largest token launchpads in the world.
