Tom is an old school journo and it took him 20 years to publish this book because he wouldn’t publish anything that was cited by officially intelligence documents. 

It follows the story of Jolly West and how he literally and provably used LST and torture hypnosis to control people’s actions. 

He made Manson and “Chaos” was the TS project name for the program which became MK ultra. 

The book ends with Jolly West visiting Jack Ruby in prison 3 days before he shot Oswald and went “crazy” without the memory of ever shooting him. 

MK ultra is 100% real and they didn’t stop 50 years ago they just got better at it. 

Imo Luigi is a product of this.
