No. There is a literal “fair launch” distribution model that is used in the majority of SAFTs.

What do you define as fair launch?

Btw actually I hate the term fair launch and now I feel terrible that I used that word in my tweet.

I should have said equitable.

Btw what’s fair for you might not be fair to me or vice versa.

Fairness is subjective!
