Sun dried tomatoes are the best ingredient to use when making pasta or even risotto They add the right pop of flavor to (especially) red sauce pastas. Try it out next time you’re making classic red sauce!

Yes! Also you can get sun dried tomato paste; a smidge of that and crushed tomatoes + fresh = bomb

I never seen that one yet but I have a jar of sun dried tomatoes in my cabinet at all times
