Clanker team is currently only two full time people. We have a number of contributors (shoutout @yungwknd, thats our fav non-jack dev), one person with an official start date on the 23rd, and some amazing Clanker Protection Team members who are helping out from the community side. Both Jack and I are receiving an enormous amount of inbound messages across platforms, in public & private messages. We are actively setting up better ops across all of our workflows. This will include better socials & comms setups soon! if we haven't responded immediately please know we are not intentionally ignoring you, we care and we'll be in touch as soon as possible! @qliqk has stepped up to help collate and direct inbound user support matters. Zendesk is descent. We rock out on Happy Fox and automate the hell out of the platform. Great ticketing system. For transparency, have tried Fresh Service, ServiceNow, Solarwinds, Zoho, Spiceworks, and a few others as well as RFP, and Happy Fox was a solid choice (been using it since COVID and saved our ass with data analytics and being able to pivot on a dime with industry and customer behavior based on economic shifts / regulations etc.)
