Then when I asked if he had any plans to refund everyone 100% and why he never replied to anyone’s offers to help he said “don’t worry about it, it’s not your problem” and that he plans to raise money from VCs now. This is a scam.

He's such a dick. "Move fast and break things" works fine when it's your money you're playing with, but their launch was so irresponsible. Also closely following the money on this one. The trace is suspicious, but not going to jump to any conclusions. Most things that seem malicious are just ignorance.
