More like months. If Trump wins and Biden doesn’t certify (Kamala can’t certify) then the Constitution states the decision will go to the Senate. This will take months and seems probable without a massive blowout.

Thank you! Also this reminded me, Arizona recently passed a law that will bar the state representative from voting UNLESS 100% of the counties certify. If even one county doesn’t certify due to suspected fraud then it will block the state from submitting their vote. 

AZ has had 4 years to plan for this and they are doing a great job combating the fraud this time.

Goes to House, not Senate. And votes are by state delegation, not proportionality. 1 vote per state.
