The amount of Chinese language spams in Nostr is astonishing. I am a native speaker so Chinese language is not the problem. I can tell you that most of the Chinese posts in the global feed currently are spams of very obvious crypto scams. It makes the whole network unusable.

Blocking more than 10 users but still getting lots of spams. I didn’t expect seeing this amount of spams for something that early. @dwr.eth please make sure you have your spam filtering in place before opening the gate to Farcaster.

I don’t want to see segregation of Chinese users. They are the group of people who need the freedom of speech promised by decentralized social networks most.

client devs just need add option to filter out Chinese then. There are just too many airdrop farmers..

And it's super wired when you open the app side menu "blocked" is put in the second position. Really need a network with less noise and real users...
