FTX customers call it second theft. They contend that the $8 billion in seized assets belong to them, not the entire bankruptcy estate, because the collapse in cryptocurrency prices at the time of the filing of the lawsuit unfairly lowered the value of their assets. They believe that their assets should be valued based on current prices and higher. /base
