Chicken cutlets with cheese: take 500 g of chicken fillet, grind it in a meat grinder, add 1 egg, 2 tbsp of cream, a minced garlic clove, salt, pepper, and some dill if you like, mix it all up, cut 100 g of hard cheese into cubes, shape the mince into a flat patty, place the cheese inside, fold it into a cutlet, coat it in 4 tbsp of breadcrumbs, fry in a pan with oil for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden, optionally finish in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes, serve hot with mashed potatoes or veggies, delicious! 0 reply
