The first drawing of Kurdish clothes was made by European tourists who traveled to Iran about 500 years ago. Kurdish clothes have a long history. One of the women's hats drawn on the reliefs of the Achaemenid government is similar to the Kurdish men's hats. Based on this relief, the Kurds date their clothes to that period.
