inspired by @horsefacts.eth beverages, here’s my daily supps/drinks list from wake to sleep: before food - protein + collagen shake (protein milk if lazy) - vitamin c, d3k2, mg, zinc - aspirin/alka seltzer (if got rekt from night before) - skip caffeine for at least 1hr (bonus: walk outside) after food - 10g creatine (add 10g if training) - lion’s mane + l-theanine - absurd amounts of b vitamins (10x+ daily recommended) - 10-12 shots of espresso/americano - pre-workout (if training) - sugar-free tonic - coke zero - monster white - beypazari (iykyk) - 6-8 liters of water (cold) preferred spirits - gin, whiskey, vodka (depending on mood and weather) or cocktails based on them, no sugar stay away/once in a while - anything fermented

That's a good one but, I prefer taking a glass/cup of water every morning before food. Good for the body...
