Try this simple yoga flow to help release tension and find your center. 🌿 1️⃣ Start in a comfortable seated position, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths. 2️⃣ Move into a gentle cat-cow stretch, inhaling as you arch your back and exhaling as you round it. 3️⃣ Transition to a downward-facing dog, pressing your heels toward the ground and lengthening your spine. 4️⃣ Step forward into a low lunge, feeling the stretch in your hips. Hold for a few breaths on each side. 5️⃣ Finish with a seated forward fold, reaching for your toes and letting your head hang heavy. Remember, focus on your breath and move mindfully.
