"City Lights" is one of Charlie Chaplin's masterpieces, made in 1931. This movie is a silent comedy-drama directed. The story is about a tramp (played by Chaplin) who falls in love with a blind flower girl. He tries in every way possible to raise the money needed for her eye surgery so she can regain her sight.
