We're facing an issue where our hubs or the event stream from hubs are firing messages in bursts rather than a timely stream. This is resulting in delays in Neynar indexing and firing webhooks.

Afaict, this is a farcaster mainnet wide issue. It's impacting multiple Neynar hubs that are on different versions. 

Debugging it actively and discussing it with Merkle team as well. 

https://bit.ly/wc-hub-delays might be indicating outdated info (Varun said new charts coming soon), so we're unsure if the bursts are due to a hubble bug manifesting on the hub neynar is hosting or due to warpcast backend emitting messages in bursts.

So if @rounds participation isn't synced before a round ends, does that we're mean we're not eligible to claim and any casts from the past few days won't be factored in to rewards? I couldn't claim on /base-builds today and /9to5 isn't showing anything, which ends tomorrow.
