And for the first time in my life I gave myself a birthday present, decided to quit smoking after over 10 years

8 days without smoking! I’m feeling a bit anxious, kinda sleepy, getting light headaches, and a weird feeling like I’m missing something
Instead I’m breathing smoother, my heart rate is dropped by 10-11 on average, and the best part? Everything tastes way better now haha!
