The administration is exploring using revenue from trade tariffs to fund a strategy to finance the US Bitcoin reserve. Boehne, executive director of the President’s Council of Advisors on Digital Assets, said the administration is looking at creative ways to increase the Bitcoin reserve without using moneylenders.
