Well, it's not that simple. Here's why I still rely on Musk's scum factory: basically, all crypto projects rely on it as well. X is often the only reliable source to tell if a URL, an announcement, news,... are legit.

A couple of years ago it was possible to see most of Twitter's content without being logged in to the platform. Those days are gone.

So, is there another reliable way to know if a project's URL is shinynewcrypto dot com or shinynewcrypto dot xyz or any other domain? Do projects use other platforms and communication as often and regularly as X?
