i had to overhaul my workouts after a big surgery this year: cardio/HIIT -> strength training, and have been working with a personal trainer to tackle all the stuff in the gym that used to intimidate me getting stronger despite it all has been very motivating for me and a reminder to never take our bodies for granted!
