I do miss it! I used to make it quite often, but now I can't find a colouring agent for it. i used to use one from the usa, but they are banned for sale in Europe

There are slightly stricter requirements for food additives. While some dyes are still officially permitted and considered safe, products containing certain synthetic food colors must have a warning label
I guess that's why some dyes are less popular and harder to find
