2yo had a really tough evening last night. While in bed, he decided something about the bedroom door was "wrong" and just couldn't get over it. 

After an hour of relentless crying and pleading to fix the door (we tried) interspersed with increasingly desperate attempts to draw his attention elsewhere, I finally was able to distract him with reading the numbers on my watch (he likes numbers).

Ended up falling asleep on the living room floor and then I carried him back to bed.

Some days are easy. Some days are not.
