Creating something from nothing is like exchanging one’s well being for tangible real world things that were previously only imagined

The cost of bringing the imaginary into the real is life energy 

At least then, life energy is being used for something rather than nothing

How do you know you are using your life energy?

Usually it involves the expenditure of some sort blood, sweat, tears, and things that make your hair go gray

I feel when I’m using my energy, the universe always gives it back. But if I don’t, my hair become gray because of overburdening that energy inside of me
