Minimum LXP for Linea drop

🛡Yesterday, one of the Linea team members wrote on discord that the project is considering introducing a minimum LXP threshold to receive a drop.

❌The Linea team believes that the activity of accounts that have less than 1500 LXP often looks suspicious, identifying them as sybils.

❕The final decision has not been made yet, but it is worth noting that many people in the discord support this idea.
