Of course! There’s just the basic stuff of how to do customer support, then also how to be a visible rep of your company and how to manage that (what to say, what not to say). Also good for learning how to talk about and sell the product to users. Also how to not get stressed out by user feedback and bugs!

Can you expand on why? Would be helpful for my students trying to find a way in.
