the early 2000s hardware revival is an interesting but insufficient ally to my recent attempt to implement 'no screens 2h before bed, no phone in bedroom' because the most holistic solution is still my phone: audiobook/ebook (e.g. ereader with bluetooth) + video (e.g. ipod nano) + timer/alarm (e.g. an actual clock)

in the meantime i have resorted to the following: audiobook with sleep timer playing from hallway or an actual paperback, intending to but never actually writing down the different positions for a yoga nidra routine, cleaning my apartment
