Major cities the same with no reporting. Only 2/3 of national police departments reported in 2023. Out of around 6k I believe. The numbers are around 25% of the US population is not represented in the numbers. Majority from major cities with highest incidents of violent crime

BWHAHA.... GUYS!! A first-time homebuyer in Toronto buying a $1.5M home on Freeland's new "5% down for 30 years" plan would pay: -$44,475 in land transfer taxes (after fthb rebate) AND $70,000 in CMHC fees ...... and then around $1M in interest NO ONE IS DOING THIS.

How so? Remember Chretien pushed afforable housing on Provinces to balance his budget. 2015 JT promised to bring back with mandate under CMHC. How's that worked out other than CMHC execs getting bonuses? What has been built under CMHC since his initial promise? Squat!!

Au Québec 18 mois et 4X budget. Ceci dit Dankenyama n'est pas une station dans la liste des plus occupées à Tokyo. Surtout avec Ebisu et Shibuya à distance de marche +/- 10 à 15 minutes. Aussi Nakameguro et ikejiriohashi à 20 min.
