How can a frame be used to create a Smart account and sign a userOperation in a non custodial way? Can anyone share any links to the resources to look into. @accountless.eth do you have any idea or resource?

There seems to be a gradual increase in tolerance to centralize services for the better ux and features I hope that the definition of DAPP doesn't just get restricted to just wallet/account and tokens it holds. Would love to know how the community defines DAPPs.
