How do you feel about fighting sybils through services like Gitcoin Passport?

Don't you think that such services are centralized, and the criteria are rather aimed not at identifying real users, but at promoting their product, the product of their partners and generating profit?

ENS, GTC Staking, Gitcoin Donates, Civic Verification and etc, is every real user really going to do all this? It seems to me that only sybils do it on the contrary, ordinary users have no reason to do it lol
