Everyone I know is getting ready for summer. I decided to lose a little weight too. I go to the gym, I work out for an hour 4 days a week. I've cleaned up my diet. The result for a month zero... Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Need to improve my pull up game. I struggle to hit 12 consistently without assistance.
