- For 50,000 moxie you can run a campaign asking people to quote cast your campaign with MoxieEarn
- With a degen raindrop, you can set any degen price.  I set 5000 degen which is close in range to 50,000 moxie (~$70 vs $90) and choose a similar call to action

- moxie earn requires the user quote cast the promoted cast
- degen raindrop prompts whatever you REQUIRE (I prompted users to create a unique cast and link it back)

- moxie earn does not allow you to choose who RECEIVES the incentive. 
 Once the liquidity runs out, the campaign is over. It does allow automated parameters like user rank.
