There is money on the market - I think everyone understands that. And the wider the opportunities to attract this money, the better for the projects. Moreover, an ICO can be a very cool marketing campaign. No worse than the same drops. Just let the devoted community stock up at tasty prices: the SUI case showed how effective such a strategy can be.
