Henry Ford was an American industrialist, business magnate, and founder of the Ford Motor Company. Born in 1863 on a farm near Dearborn, Michigan, Henry Ford showed an early interest in mechanics. He spent his free time tinkering with machines and engines, even building his own gasoline engine in his youth.
