generative AI or computational creativity (such as ChatGPT or the production of artwork such as DAL-E and Midjourney), automated decision-making, and competition at the highest levels of strategic game systems (such as chess and Go). As machines become more capable, tasks that require "intelligence" are often removed from the definition of AI, a phenomenon called the AI effect. For example, character recognition is often excluded from what is considered AI because it has become commonplace and everyday technology.
