not just monetary (intellectual and social) but monetary is the most important at this stage of my life. i’m from a country where the government has oppressed its people for so long for the fact just for the fact that they can and whatever way the people tries to use to stand up against them gets thwarted even before it could begin (if you can research the “end sars campaign” and “twitter ban in nigeria”, decentralisation changes that.
