Love this and loved the episode! My favourite quote is when @rainisto talks about the idea of creating tension through art that looks real in detail but reveals a broader, unexpected image when viewed as a whole. I think it is a great reminder of how art can make us question what’s real and what’s not.

Franz Kafka actually surprised me - "you don't have to deal with reality as such" is a great inspiration!

I love how @rainisto says he's reached the stage where he likes all 500 pics iterations he got and can't take away anything. oh damn I know that feeling! painstaking process indeed 💯

I loved the take about getting feedback about your art. It does take time for people to put their thoughts and opinion to share it with you and other people. And even if the feedback is not good, you can still benefit from it as an artist. Many opportunities to grow

What inspired me the most is how he @rainisto created 100k pictures!!! Split into 880 days making it 600 per day!! Damn, bro! That's a lot of commitment and consistency! Thanks for making this podcast, @kaloh ! :)

I felt like the “Lars von Triers hadn’t been to America” bit was interesting. It made me think of Orientalism and if there is a sort of good/bad aspect to this when your canvas is a global power. And it made me wonder if more abstraction would be more powerful (social messages hidden in comic books for example).

You said: to be successful in art, you need three things ultimately -You need to make your art different. -You need to work on making people aware of this art. -Your artwork must be of high quality. This best word from you♥️

I was more involved with his artistic process and curation, he makes the art on his computer leave them overnight and when he looks at it, he doesn't think logically about it because art isn't meant to be logical but instead more about the feeling it gives.

I agree with what you said at 37:00 to be successful in art you need then three things ultimately You need to make your art distinctive. You need to put effort into making people aware of the art. Your art should be of high quality.
