becoming a founder has made me simultaneously much smarter & much dumber smarter: learning about growth, bd, sales, marketing, value creation/capture, protocol design, strategy dumber: no idea whats happening in the world. stopped reading books/news, i literally don't do anything besides work and spend time w/ family

Take time off - spend time with friends and family. Burn out is real and you won’t get your time back. 2 to 4 hours Saturdays and Sundays away should make you more effective
