Those mad about Apple’s commercial are the same ones that don’t get AI art

Not necessarily, I think its a cultural thing. You can enjoy both without wanting the other to be annihilated. I like AI and its possibilities but I see analog instruments etc as equally exciting in terms of creatives finding new ways to interact

Wrong. I agree with Mark. Complete disrespect for art and history is not what AI is about, at all. 

As an aside, I still don’t understand the iPad after being an Apple fan for 40+ years.

I must be a small percentage of people that dislike the new Apple ad but enjoy AI art. 
The ad trivializes all of the tangible art tools; without their quintessence, you’d never be able to replicate it “on screen” to begin with.
AI is another tool that will take art into new directions for generations to come.

I get the anger, but also I don’t get it all.
