-rice as base (lightly fried with soy sauce & black seasame seeds)
-red onion & sprouts (sautéed & finished with seasme oil & shaoxing wine) 
-charred chicken sausage 
-two over easy eggs with running yolks 
-crispy shallots (obviously)
-a heaping of kimchi (obviously)
-topped with nori, white sesame seeds & gochujang 

whenever i make these bowls, i always grab a pack of seaweed & construct the perfect-bite on each piece of seaweed
